What we collect
Your name, phone number, email if you give one, your address, and what you tell us about the job. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To quote your work, book the visit, and contact you about it. We also keep a record so we can honor the warranty later.
Text messages and consent
We send text messages only with your express consent. The chat window on this website is the only place we collect a phone number. Before you send a message there, you tick a consent box authorizing Angry Cat Contracting LLC to text or call the number you entered about your estimate request, appointment scheduling and job updates, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling you about a job already booked.
We do not sell your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is handled only by the owner and our scheduling and messaging provider — and text messaging consent is never shared with anyone.
Who we share it with
Our scheduling and messaging provider, and the owner assigned to your job. That is the whole list. We never sell customer data.
How long we keep it
For as long as the warranty runs, plus whatever our accountant and the state require for tax records. After that we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold on you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately.
