Can you create custom designs or patterns?

Yes. Custom layouts, mosaic designs and personalized inlays are our favourite work — a one-of-a-kind backsplash or a mosaic accent column is where craftsmanship actually shows.

How long does tile installation take?

A small backsplash might take a day or two; a full kitchen or bathroom tile job can run several days. You get a clear timeline before we begin.

Do you remove old tile first?

Yes — full removal and prep is included, and it is the step that decides whether the new tile lasts. We never set over a surface that is not ready.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes, residential and commercial both. Commercial jobs get scheduled around your business hours where possible.

The Melfis hired us to set 48” by 24” tiles — heavy, unforgiving, and where lippage shows instantly. That review is on our homepage. Big tile needs a dead-flat substrate and patient setting, which is exactly the kind of work we like.

Fine by us. You can provide the tile, or we can source it through our suppliers — and we will tell you honestly whether what you have picked will work where you want it.
