Bathroom, kitchen & basement remodeling in Pinckney, MI.

Pinckney jobs

A lot of lake cottages here have been added onto two or three times, and the bathroom usually sits in the newest, thinnest-floored part. We start with the structure, then make it beautiful.

Small-footprint specialists

Cottage bathrooms are tight. Curbless showers, wall-hung vanities and big-format tile make a small room read twice its size — that is most of what we build out here.

Basement finishing in Pinckney

On the chain of lakes we start a basement the way we start a cottage bathroom: structure first, then make it beautiful. With basement finishing that means making sure the basement is dry before a single wall is framed, and telling you plainly if something needs fixing first. Then it is finished rooms, a basement bath, or both, with the full scope and one price in writing.

Tile installation in Pinckney

Big-format tile is a large part of what we build in Pinckney, because it makes a tight cottage bathroom read bigger, and a curbless custom tiled shower does the same. Large tile needs a flat, solid floor, which is why the structure check comes first in a cottage that has been added onto two or three times. Our tile installation covers kitchen backsplashes and floors too.
