What a full remodel includes
Everything from the old fixtures going out to the last piece of trim going on. One scope, one price, one crew.
- Demo, disposal and haul-away, with dust protection up first.
- Framing repairs and soft subfloor replaced, not covered over.
- Plumbing and wiring moved or replaced where the layout changes.
- Waterproofing membrane and a properly sloped pan before tile.
- Tile, vanity, top, fixtures, glass, paint and trim.
- A punch-list walkthrough before we invoice.
Older homes sometimes surprise us
We have spent two full days in a crawl space replacing plumbing nobody knew was there. When that happens you hear about it before we do anything, not after — and nothing gets added to the price without your say-so.
Only one bathroom in the house?
Tell us when you call. We will talk through the timeline so you can plan around it, and sequence the work to keep that window as short as possible.

Common questions
From demo until the fixtures go back — usually two to three weeks. Tile and glass set the pace: the waterproofing has to cure, and the glass is measured after the tile is set, so it arrives near the end.
You pick them, we handle getting them there. We will tell you honestly which upgrades are worth it and which ones you will never notice.
Yes, though it means opening the floor and redoing the drain, so it costs more than keeping the layout. We will tell you what the change actually buys you before you commit.
Where the work requires one, yes. Anything structural, or plumbing and electrical that moves, gets permitted and inspected.
We show you before we cover it up. Rot, bad framing and old failed valves are the usual finds, and anything outside the original scope gets priced and approved first.
