Hall baths, primary suites, kids’ bathrooms, basement bathrooms. Most of our projects are full-gut remodels: everything comes out, the room goes back to the studs, and we rebuild it properly — framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile and finish.

Finish materials
A lot of homeowners don’t know exactly what to buy or where to start. We can build a finish-material allowance into the project and help you through the selection process. Your finish choices can include the vanity, countertop, faucets, toilet, tub, shower fixtures, tile, mirror, lighting and accessories.

What does a bathroom remodel cost?
A standard 5x8 full-gut hall bath is where most projects start. One project price covers our labor and the standard building materials; your finish selections are budgeted on top, and no two bathrooms land in exactly the same place — layout changes, plumbing, electrical, tile choices and upgrades all move the number.

How the job runs
Three weeks, start to finish.
Week 1 — demo & rough-in
Protection goes down, the room comes out, and plumbing and electrical get moved or replaced while the walls are open.
Week 2 — waterproofing & tile
Cement board, Schluter waterproofing, then tile — floors, walls and the shower, set straight and grouted clean.
Week 3 — fixtures & finish
Vanity, toilet, glass, trim, paint and hardware. We finish the punch list, clean up and walk the room with you.

Your proposal will spell out exactly what is included before the job starts.
A standard 5x8 full-gut bathroom is typically around three weeks. Larger bathrooms, major layout changes, custom showers, specialty electrical work or unexpected conditions can add time. We give you an expected schedule before work begins and keep you updated as the job moves along.

Yes, in many cases. We can move or add plumbing, electrical, fixtures and walls when the project calls for it. Layout changes can affect price and schedule, so we’ll look at the existing structure and utilities during the estimate and go over the best options with you.
Yes. Custom showers are one of our main services. Our tiled showers use Schluter waterproofing systems, and we can build in features such as niches, benches, rain shower systems, handhelds and glass enclosures depending on the design.
If we uncover something that wasn’t visible during the estimate, we’ll show you what we found and go over the options before doing additional work. We don’t want customers finding surprise charges on the final bill without knowing where they came from.
Yes. Angry Cat manages the remodeling project from demolition through the final walkthrough. Tony stays involved in the job, and the proposal clearly lays out the work we’re responsible for.
