Yes, depending on the home and layout. Moving appliances or the sink can require plumbing, electrical, gas, venting or framing changes. We’ll look at what’s involved during planning and include the agreed work in the proposal.

No. We can establish a finish-material allowance and help you through selections. Kitchen finish selections can include cabinets, countertops, sink and faucet, flooring, lighting, backsplash, hardware and appliances where applicable.

Yes, when the structure allows it. Before removing or changing a wall, we need to determine whether it is structural and what electrical, plumbing or HVAC may be inside it. We’ll go over those conditions before finalizing the scope.

Usually, yes, but you should expect the kitchen to be out of service for portions of the project. We’ll talk through the schedule and what will be unavailable so you can plan around the work.

If you decide to add or change something after the project starts, we’ll go over the change and any effect on price or schedule before moving forward. The goal is to keep the scope and cost clear instead of surprising you at the end.
