Quotes and pricing
We give a fixed price in writing before work starts. You approve it first. If we find something genuinely unexpected, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the bill.
Estimates
Estimates for replacements and repiping are free. A diagnostic visit carries a fee, credited back in full against the work if you go ahead.
Warranty
Five years on our workmanship from the date of the visit. Parts are covered separately by whoever made them. The warranty covers the work we did, not the rest of the system.
Cancellations
Cancel or move a booked appointment any time before we set off and there is no charge.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the work area and the main shut-off. If a site is unsafe we will stop and explain why.
Payment
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Financing is available on larger jobs for qualified applicants.
