Estimates
Estimates are free. We visit your home, measure the space, talk through layout and materials, and provide a full written scope and price before any work begins.
Scope and pricing
Every remodel starts with a written scope and a fixed price, approved by you before demolition begins. If we open a wall or floor and find something genuinely unexpected — rot, damaged framing, failed lines — we show you, price the change, and get your approval before doing anything outside the original scope.
Workmanship warranty
Five years on our workmanship from the date of completion. Materials and fixtures are covered separately by their manufacturers. The warranty covers the work we performed, not pre-existing parts of the home we did not build or alter.
Scheduling and cancellations
Cancel or move a booked estimate any time before we set off and there is no charge. For booked remodel work, we agree start dates in writing and tell you promptly if anything changes on our side.
Access and site conditions
We need safe access to the work area during working hours. We protect your home with floor coverings and dust barriers, clean up daily, and contain the work to the rooms we are remodeling.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written scope before work begins. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages agreed in writing. Final payment is due on completion, after the punch-list walkthrough.

Angry Cat Contracting LLC sends text messages to customers who request an estimate or have work scheduled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact us at (734) 756-5844. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
