West Bloomfield Custom Shower
West Bloomfield, Michigan — completed by Angry Cat Contracting.
This West Bloomfield hall bath went to the studs. The old tub and fiberglass surround came out, and the whole room was reframed around one idea: an arched custom tiled shower.
The photos here show what most companies never let you see — the framing, the cement board, and the waterproofing membrane behind the tile. That red membrane layer is what protects the house for the next few decades. The mosaic accent column and bench went in over it, and the finished shower speaks for itself.
